(Also all bullet-times alow you to do ONE thing at unhuman speed for example dogeing clip of bullets or temp sprinting at the speed of a super car you can only use it ONCE per battle)

What it Does: It allows you to read the opponents mind, and take over it while still having your body
Ablitlies/Moves that come with it: (Max of 4) Mind-Transfer(Able to transfer your mind into another body but your body is still active and damage you do to them isnt done to you) Mind-Read(Ables you to read the opponents mind)
Weakness: (Must Have) You have to aim the move perfectly or you will be caused an auto-faint
